Green Acres Vs At Your Request

Green Acres founder Adrian Kerry sold out of the business in April and immediately started a new company called At Your Request. Green Acres remaining directors have threatened legal action claiming that Kerry has copied their business systems in the new venture Kerry has since sold 10 Green Acres regional franchises but denies that he has used Green Acres systems or was working on his new venture while still a director of Green Acres. Instead he credits having the right people working with him and a completely fresh approach to the home services business.
