Food R&D:

We provide instructions and train our franchises in the preparation of all Yogen Früzz menu items while continually developing new products.

Food QA:

We audit all suppliers and carry out in-store compliance checks.

Operating Practices:

Our Operations Manuals are continuously being updated to encompass the latest equipment, technologies, health and safety standards. We also implement Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) and Mystery Customer audit processes.

Operations:

On-site assistance is provided before, during and after the opening of a new Yogen Früz store.

Décor and Interior Design:

We provide updated restaurant décor specifications that meet Yogen Früz standards. We also provide an approved suppliers list of sinage, utensils, menus, uniforms, fittings, fixtures and equipment.

Training:

Training will cover all aspects of running a Yogen Früz store including management, cost control, staff training, store layout, internal ordering and product preparation

Marketing:

We develop all of our marketing plans jointly with our franchisees, producing detailed strategies for use during store opening and the ensuing years. We also consult and advise with our franchisees on a regular basis on marketing issues and provide promotional and advertising materials.
