I have never understood why crepes have not taken off in a big way in America like they have in parts of Europe.
Delicious, healthy and light, savory or sweet. I think they are pretty easy to make in a small shop, too.
I’d be a regular at a crepe restaurant if there was one nearby, if it was good.
