Booster Juice Franchise "Simply put, Booster Juice is a juice and smoothie bar that offers customers a healthy alternative to fast foods that are great-tasting, nutritious and convenient," says franchise owner Annette Lefebvre who recently opened Booster Juice at 160 Trans-Canada Hwy.

"The timing was right to open up a Booster Juice franchise here in Salmon Arm. I had always wanted to be my own boss and own my own business," says Lefebvre, a former fitness trainer who now employs a staff of eight.

"I am absolutely passionate about our products," she adds. "We offer fresh-squeezed juices and 28 choices of smoothies with a large variety of energized shots, as well as, panini, wraps and yogurt.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8 a.m to 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday and holidays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

"Latitudes Counselling and Consulting provides affordable counselling for individuals, couples and families in a private, comfortable and conveniently located setting where client needs are the priority," says Shelagh Lytle-McGhee.

She has two university degrees and 23 years of teaching and counselling experience, including 10 years in private practice providing counselling and assessment services to families and children. She has also provided academic and psychological assessments for a wide range of age levels including special education in public and private schools.
