Independence catering company adds franchise site

The award-winning Three Little Pigs BBQ is opening its first franchise restaurant. The Independence catering company is teaming with Bacchus Restaurants of Kansas City to open a location in Crown Center Shops next week, perhaps by Tuesday. Three Little Pigs BBQ will be in the former Pasta la Vista space, next to Z-Teca Fresh Mexican Grill, also owned by Bacchus Restaurants. It will offer sandwiches, barbecue dinners, side dishes, desserts and other specials.
