Experienced General Counsel, Pat Meyers, to Rejoin Quiznos' Executive Team

DENVER --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Quiznos, one of the nation's premier restaurant chains for sandwiches, salads and soups, and pioneer of the toasted sandwich, today named Pat Meyers as its general counsel. Meyers rejoins Quiznos after two years as a partner and chief legal officer of Consumer Capital Partners, one of the company's investors.

Prior to his move to Consumer Capital Partners, Meyers served as executive vice president and general counsel for Quiznos for 10 years, working closely with the executive leadership team to establish Quiznos as a leading brand in the restaurant industry.

Meyers will oversee legal functions for the company's U.S. and international franchise systems, including franchise regulatory matters, compliance, litigation, contracts and other agreements, as well as providing general counsel on company matters.

Meyers will also continue to serve on Quiznos' board of managers.
