DELTA DEVELOPMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW FRANCHISE PROGRAM DATE: March 31, 2010, Arvada, Colorado: Delta Development Group, a damage mitigation and reconstruction business serving the front range of Colorado, announced today that it was implementing a new program to sell franchises, beginning its expansion efforts in southern Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri, then going nationwide.

The franchise system will provide a complete turnkey operation from emergency services for home owners as well as commercial buildings to complete reconstruction, will operate under the Delta Development Group organization. "We've been developing our set of specialized services with an emphasis on customer service and quality over the past five years," said Michael Mastous, founder and President. "Now we're ready for more growth. We expect we will have at least thirty franchises operating within the next five years." Per Mastous, "We began our operations in the front range of Colorado as Delta Disaster Services, nearly five years ago.

I personally have over 20 years experience in the industry and other personnel offer years of experience in construction, insurance, and small business operations." The franchise program, developed with the help of the Chicago-based iFranchise Group and Faegre & Benson, a law firm with offices in Denver, will initially be rolled out in Southern Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri, with national expansion to follow. "The concept could easily expand nationally right away," according to Kevin Hein, attorney at Faegre & Benson "But Delta's main goal is to ensure the success of the franchisee - and so they are taking a more conservative approach to expansion."

Everyone involved with the initial offering of the franchise believes this will be a solid franchise program, based on the company's experience and what they're seeing in the marketplace. "Not only does this program capitalize on the growth of the disaster restoration industry, but it has the support of an established and experienced organization behind it," commented Hein.
