Franchise Business Review selected Computer Troubleshooters as part of their FBR50 awards for 2010. This is the fourth consecutive year the Decatur, GA based franchise has been ranked among the top franchise systems based on franchisee satisfaction. Computer Troubleshooters also ranked highest among technology franchises in the annual rankings.

BRW magazine in Australia featured Computer Troubleshooters in their "Fast Franchise" list as the 50th fastest growing franchise. Entrepreneur magazine had previously ranked Computer Troubleshooters in their annual "Franchise 500" listing in January, and also included the organization in their rankings of Top Low-Cost and Top Homebased franchise systems as well.

AllBusiness.com included Computer Troubleshooters in their inaugural "AllBusiness AllStar Franchises" as #285 of the top 300 franchise systems in 2010. Computer Troubleshooters' CEO Chip Reaves was also featured on the AllBusiness franchise show on wsradio.com.
