Jan Pro, a commercial cleaning company that was originally established in the USA, is now looking for people to own and operate regional franchises in the UK. The company has already sold its Master Franchise for the UK to Gavin Peacock, he said: "I chose the Jan Pro model because of its great reputation around the world for delivering astonishing return on investment for franchise owners and market leading standards for clients coupled with the ability to shape it to satisfy the needs of the UK market.
"Globally, in the contract cleaning business, the average contract between a business and their cleaning company usually lasts around eight months whereas with Jan Pro the average contract length is seven years. That sort of brand loyalty speaks for itself."
Jan Pro has aleady been introduced in the Republic of Ireland where it has signed 48 franchise owners over the last 15 months. John Bell recently introduced Jan Pro to Northern Ireland, he commented: "I hope to replicate the success of Jan Pro Ireland in Northern Ireland. We are close to signing our first franchise owner and in the next twelve months we hope to add up to 60 more."
The company is now looking for suitable candidates for a number of franchise territories across the UK. Jan Pro is a white-collar sales and marketing franchise opportunity.
