Australia (PRWEB) July 30, 2009 -- Award winning Australian creative agency The Creative Collective has launched a unique franchise operation that will allow creative types and those wanting to work from home the opportunity to emulate their success from anywhere in the world.
Since launching the franchise opportunity just one month ago, Yvette Adams, Managing Director and now Master Franchisor says the company has already fielded inquiries from throughout Australia, New Zealand and China. She says the interest is quite possibly because of the uniqueness of the proposition, and the state of the world's economy.
"To the best of our knowledge there is no other franchise on the market quite like what we are offering which is the ability to sell website design and development, online and offline marketing services, pr, graphic design, print - basically any online or offline marketing or creative related service to clients in any location, and without the necessity for premises and the associated overheads. And with the economic downturn there is a lot of job insecurity and of course unemployed or those just generally wanting to take a different direction," she says.
Originally a New Zealander, 32-year-old Adams arrived to Australia in 2004 after a 7 year stint traveling and working around the world, predominantly in the UK and has quickly built up her home based business servicing clients who are based locally, nationally and even internationally and achieved some notable accolades. She was awarded the Queensland Small Business Champions Young Entrepreneur award in 2007 and the company the Queensland Small Business Champions Specialised Small Business award in 2008. Adams and her company have also been finalists in a number of other business awards, including the Stevie International Women in Business Awards in New York in 2008. All of this has been achieved whilst being a mother to her two kids aged 2 and 5 years.
Adams says prospective franchisees are likely to be creatives or marketing professionals who want to diversify their service offering; freelancers struggling to keep up with technology and generally manage their business; people who would appreciate the opportunity to potentially work part time and from home, and those who would appreciate the education, support and training the company will provide. She says Creative Collective franchisees will be equipped with all of the systems, affiliations, trade only suppliers, rate cards, templates, contacts and more that have made The Creative Collective an award winning agency.
"The statistics prove that a good franchise model is much more likely to succeed than a start-up company so it's a good option for them. And we're only taking on three more franchisees this year so that we can work with them closely and ensure their success," says Adams.
